Your page, from ChatGPT or Claude
Connect Zest to the AI app you already use, then ask it to change your page or tell you how it’s doing. It works in ChatGPT, Claude and any app that supports MCP.
Things you can ask
- “Add my new video to the top of my page.”
- “Which link got the most taps this month?”
- “Hide the summer menu and put the winter one back.”
- “Add our Leeds date: 7 December, Brudenell Social Club, tickets at this link.”
- “Write my bio in two short sentences.”
- “Make my page look like the Midnight theme, with stars falling.”
What it can and can’t touch
It can read your pages, add, change, hide, move and remove blocks, change your name, bio and look, and read your insights.
It can’t see your password, your payments or the email addresses on your list. It can’t change your address, your domain or your plan, delete a page, or see anyone else’s pages.
Your plan’s rules hold here as they do in the editor: on Free, the colours stay one of the 3 free themes and scheduling waits for Plus. A Studio client’s changes wait for the agency to approve them. Your page history keeps the page as it was, so you can put it back.
First, make a key
- Sign in and open Your account › Connect an AI app.
- Name the key after the app, then choose Make a key.
- Copy what it shows straight away. The key is shown once; we keep only a scrambled copy that can’t be turned back into it.
Each app should get its own key. You can have 5 at once, see when each was last used, and revoke any of them in one tap. A revoked key stops working at once.
Claude
Claude calls these custom connectors. They work on the Claude website, the desktop app and Cowork; Free accounts can have one.
- Open Customize › Connectors.
- Choose + Add, then Add custom connector.
- Name it Zest, paste this address and choose Continue:
https://zest.studionine.agency/api/mcp - Under Authentication, choose No sign in.
- Under Request headers, add a header called
Authorizationwith the valueBearer, a space, and your key. - Choose Add. In a chat, turn it on from + › Connectors.
On Team and Enterprise plans only owners add connectors, and everyone in the organisation would share your key. Keep Zest to your own account instead.
In Claude Code, one line does it:
claude mcp add --transport http zest https://zest.studionine.agency/api/mcp \
--header "Authorization: Bearer YOUR_KEY"ChatGPT
ChatGPT connects to a custom MCP server on the web. It can’t send a key on its own, so you give it an address with your key in it. Treat that address like a password.
- Open ChatGPT’s plugins at chatgpt.com/plugins.
- Choose the plus button, then Add custom MCP server.
- Name it Zest. Under Connection, paste the address from Your account that ends in your key:
https://zest.studionine.agency/api/mcp/YOUR_KEY - For authentication, choose No authentication.
- Read the warning, choose I understand and want to continue, then Create as a plugin, and install it.
ChatGPT asks you to confirm each change before it’s made. Some older guides describe this under developer mode; these are OpenAI’s current steps. Whether your ChatGPT plan includes custom MCP servers is set by OpenAI.
Any other app
Anything that supports MCP over streamable HTTP can connect: send Authorization: Bearer YOUR_KEY to https://zest.studionine.agency/api/mcp. The tools are list_pages, get_page, add_block, update_block, remove_block, move_block, set_look, update_profile and get_insights.
