Any time, in Your account › Plan and billing. Moving up starts straight away and you pay only for the time left. Moving down takes effect at the end of what you’ve paid for.

Within 14 days of starting a plan, yes, less the days you’ve used. You do it yourself in Your account › Plan and billing.

No, on any plan. The payment goes from your buyer to your own checkout.

Yearly costs less: Plus works out at £3.75 a month and Pro at £6.75. To move from yearly to monthly, cancel in Your account › Plan and billing. Your year runs to its end, then choose monthly.
