The menu and hours your customers keep asking for
One page behind your Instagram, with the menu typed out, hours that say if you’re open, a button to book or order and directions to the door. Change any of it from your phone between customers.
The page knows if you’re open
Put your week in once. From then on the page tells whoever’s looking “Open now · closes 5pm” or “Closed · opens 8am tomorrow”, worked out in your time zone, and a bar open till half twelve still shows open at quarter past midnight. Add Boxing Day once and, for the three days before, a line at the top of the page says “Closed tomorrow, Boxing Day”. The order button can follow the hours too: while you’re shut, it says when you next open.

Who it’s for
Neighbourhood cafés and bakeries
Hours that change with the season, a menu that changes by the day, and an order button for tomorrow’s loaf. Pip & Crumb, the Leeds bakery in the example above, takes orders until 8pm for the next morning.
Pubs and bars
Late nights that run past midnight, and a notice that says “Quiz tonight from 8, teams of six” until the doors shut.
Restaurants that take bookings
Book a table goes first, and the menu sits right under it for anyone deciding where to eat tonight. A sold out special says so before anyone makes the trip.
Small groups with two or three sites
Put every site on one page, or give each its own on Pro. Change the hours in Hebden Bridge without touching Todmorden.
Questions
Is it free?
Yes, for one page with every block, including the menu, the hours and the booking button, for as long as you like. Plus is £5 a month (or £45 a year) to take our badge off and schedule specials to come and go. Pro is £9 a month (or £81 a year) for your own address and up to 3 pages.
We already have Instagram. Why do we need this?
Keep Instagram for the photos. When someone wants the menu, today’s hours or a table for four on a wet Tuesday, they tap the link in your bio, and this page is what opens. Scrolling back through posts for last month’s hours is what sends people somewhere else.
Can I change the menu from my phone?
Yes. The editor works on a phone and saves as you go, so a new price or a dish that’s run out takes a few seconds. There’s nobody to pay by the hour for a small change.
Can I show allergens?
Yes. Each dish can list any of the 14 allergens UK food law names, as well as tags like vegetarian, vegan and spicy. There’s a line of small print under the menu for “Please tell us about any allergies”.
Our menu’s a PDF on Linktree. How do we move?
Paste your Linktree address and every link comes across. Then type the menu in once and the PDF can go.
