Tuesday Hill RunnersExample page · names are made up

A notice that takes itself down

Pitch waterlogged, coach stuck on the A1, Thursday’s run moved to 7pm. Type it once and it sits at the top of the page, above everything else. At midnight it clears itself, so tomorrow nobody reads yesterday’s change and nobody has to remember to delete it.

Who it’s for

Running and cycling groups

Three sessions a week in three places, and the odd change at short notice. New runners find the meeting point without messaging anyone.

Sports clubs with teams and fixtures

Training, home games and away days, with the subs link and the kit under them. Parents bookmark one address all season.

Choirs and drama groups

Rehearsals on a Wednesday, the concert in May with a ticket link for friends and family, and the scores for members.

Residents’ groups and community gardens

The next meeting, the work day on the allotments, and a list for telling people when the skip’s coming.

Questions

Is it free?

Yes. One page with every block, for as long as the club likes, with no card. Plus is £5 a month (or £45 a year) to remove our badge and schedule blocks, so the summer timetable can appear on 1 June by itself.

What happens when the secretary changes?

Change the email and password on the account and sign out everywhere. The new secretary takes over the page, the email list and the insights as they were.

We meet every Tuesday. Do I add every date?

For now, add the next few by hand, or put “Every Tuesday, 6:30pm” in a line of text above them.

Can people sign up for sessions?

Each date has an RSVP button. Point it at Spond, a Google Form or wherever you take names, and mark a session Few left or Sold out as it fills.

We’re on Linktree.

Paste your Linktree address and every link comes across.
