The Follow button or Write to your list is missing
Why these are hidden, and what to use until they're on.

Plan: every plan.
- Email to many people isn't switched on yet: Zest hasn't turned on emails to lists and followers so far. Until it does, the Follow button stays off your page and Insights says "Writing to your list switches on once email is set up." Your Followers setting is saved, and the button appears by itself once it's on. Fan alerts on a launch wait for the same switch.
- In the meantime: export your list from Insights and write to it with your own mailing tool, or connect Mailchimp or Kit on Plus.
- You turned Followers on but see nothing: check Settings › Sharing › Followers says Let visitors follow your page is on.
