Cancel a new plan within 14 days and get your money back, less the days you used.

Your new plan cancelled and your money back, less the days you used.
Plan: any paid plan, in the first 14 days after it starts.
- Open Your account.
- Under Plan and billing, find Changed your mind?. It shows how much you'd get back.
- Choose Cancel and get a refund, then Yes, cancel and refund.
- Your account moves to Free straight away, and we email you the details. Nothing on your pages is deleted.
The money goes back to the card you paid with.
If it doesn't work
- There's no Changed your mind? box: the 14 days have passed, or the plan is already cancelled. You can still cancel and keep your plan to the end of the period. See Change or cancel your plan.
- Part of the refund couldn't be made by itself: we've been told what's owed and a person refunds it by hand. You don't need to do anything.
- On a free trial: there's nothing to refund. The trial ends by itself.
