Add a block

A new block on your page, filled in and saved.

Plan: every block is on every plan.

1. Open Build.
2. Choose Add a block.
3. Search for what you want, in your own words ("tickets", "menu", "donate"), or pick from Suggested for you and the groups under it. Enter adds the top match.
4. The block goes to the top of your page and opens. Fill in its fields.
5. Your changes save by themselves. The top bar says Saved when they're in.

The groups are Essentials, Updates itself, Widgets, Earn and grow, Your place, and Launches and events. To add a block from anywhere in the editor, press ⌘K and type its name. See Find any setting with ⌘K.

If it doesn't work

• "Nothing matches": try another word, like link, shop or events.
• The top bar says Not saved: your changes are kept in the editor. Hover over it to see why and check your connection. Your next edit saves the whole page again. If you try to close the tab before then, your browser asks first.
• A block looks faded in Build: it's hidden or outside its schedule. See Move, hide or delete a block.
