Move, hide or delete a block

Put your blocks in the order you want and take anything out of date off the page.

Checked against the app on

Your blocks in the order you want, with anything out of date off the page.

Plan: every plan.

  1. Open Build.
  2. To move a block, drag the dots at its left edge. Or open it and choose Up or Down.
  3. To hide a block, turn off the switch on its row. Hidden blocks never reach your page, not even in its source code. Turn the switch back on to show it.
  4. To delete a block, open it and choose Delete.
  5. Changed your mind? Use the undo arrow in the top bar, or ⌘Z.

For anything older than this session, open Settings, then Connections, and use Page history. It keeps your page as it was before each of your last 20 editing sessions. Choose Put this back on the one you want.

If it doesn't work

  • Blocks move on their own: Smart order is on in Look. Open a block and choose Pin in place to keep it where it is, or turn Smart order off.
  • "Needs a look" on a block: something in it has gone out of date, such as a past date. Open it to see what, and use the button there to fix it.
  • Page history is empty: earlier versions appear after your next edit.
