Delete your account and download your data

Get a copy of everything we hold about you, then delete your account and pages for good.

Your account and everything in it gone for good, with a copy kept for you first if you want one.

Plan: every plan.

  1. Open Your account.
  2. Under Your data, choose Download your data for a copy of everything: your details, pages and their earlier versions, subscribers, numbers, short links and support conversations.
  3. Under Delete your account, type Your password.
  4. Tick I understand my account and pages will be deleted for good.
  5. Choose Delete my account.

This removes every page, with its subscribers, numbers, pictures and history. It can't be undone. A paid plan stops straight away. To keep it until the end of the period, cancel it first and come back to delete then.

Only want to remove one page? In the editor, open Settings, then Page, and under Danger zone choose Delete this page, then Delete page.

Only want one page's links? Open Settings › Connections, and under Take your page with you choose Links as CSV or Whole page as JSON.

If it doesn't work

  • "That password isn't right." Type it again, or reset it first.
  • "Tick the box to confirm."
  • "Too many tries. Wait 15 minutes, then try again."
  • There's no Delete my account button: admin accounts are deleted by another admin.
