Reset your password

Choose a new password from a link we email you, or change it while you're signed in.

A new password and you signed back in.

Plan: every plan.

  1. On the sign in page, choose Choose a new one next to "Forgotten your password?".
  2. Type the Email on your account and choose Send me a link.
  3. Open the link in the email.
  4. Type your New password twice and choose Save and sign in. You're signed out everywhere else.

Signed in already and want a new one? Go to Your account, then Password, and choose Change password. Changing it signs you out everywhere else.

If it doesn't work

  • "This link has run out": links work once, for an hour. Choose Send a new link and use the newest email.
  • No email: check your spam folder, and that you typed the email on your account.
  • "Password emails aren't switched on yet": write to zest@studionine.agency and we'll set you a new password.
  • Passwords need at least 10 characters. A few unrelated words work well.
