Change your page address

A new address for your page, with the old one still working for 30 days.

Checked against the app on

Plan: every plan.

  1. Open Settings, then the Page tab.
  2. Under Your address, type the new name into Page name.
  3. When it says the name is free, choose Change to ….
  4. Update the link in your bios. The old address sends visitors to the new one for 30 days.

The name people see at the top of your page is separate. Change it in Build, in Name at the top.

If it doesn't work

  • "… is taken or not allowed": names are 2 to 30 letters or numbers, and can have full stops and _. Each one can only be used once.
  • Old links stopped working: forwarding lasts 30 days. Anything printed with the old address, such as a QR code, needs reprinting.
  • There's no Your address card: on a client login, the address stays with the agency that runs the page.
