Run client pages with Studio
Your agency's name on every page, client logins with approval, bulk edits and a monthly report.
Checked against the app on
At the end of this you can run pages for clients, let them make changes, and approve each change before it goes live. Everything here comes with Studio and is in Settings › Studio.
Studio includes 15 pages. Each one after that adds £2 a month.
Add a client's page
Open the page picker at the top left and choose New page. Each page has its own address, look and numbers.
Put your agency on every page
- In Your agency on every page, fill in Agency name and Your website.
- Add a Logo address. A square PNG or SVG works best.
- Choose Save.
Your name and logo sit at the foot of every page you run, in place of ours, linking to your site.
Give a client a login
- In Client logins, fill in Client's name and Their email.
- Under Pages they can edit, tap the pages they should see.
- Choose Give access.
If they're new, you get a temporary password to send them. It isn't shown again, so copy it straight away. They choose their own the first time they sign in. If they already have an account, they can sign in and see the pages straight away.
To take access away, choose Remove access next to their name.
Approve a client's changes
A client's changes save as a draft. They show in Waiting for your approval. Choose Approve and publish to put them live, or Discard.
Change every page at once
In Bulk edit across your pages, choose what to change:
- Use this look: every page you own takes this page's colours, type and button shape.
- Replace a link: swap one address for another everywhere, such as an old shop for a new one.
- Hide or show: hide or show blocks containing a word, such as Christmas.
Then choose Apply to all my pages.
Send a monthly report
In Monthly report, choose Open last month's report. It has visits, taps, top links, where people came from and what to change, with your logo on it. Print it or save it as a PDF to send.
If it doesn't work
- There's no Studio tab. It shows on Studio accounts only. See Plans and billing.
- A client can't change the address or domain. That's on purpose: a page's address, domain, plan and deletion stay with you.
